Membership Information

To become a member of our store, simply go to the Member Transactions page and fill in the relevant sections. It is very important to provide your membership information accurately and completely to avoid any possible communication or delivery problems. Please fill in all information carefully and completely to ensure that products and services reach you quickly and properly. Becoming a member is a simple and quick process. Becoming a member does not mean that you undertake any obligations. However, please read the Sales Agreement carefully before making a purchase. You have the right to terminate your membership at any time.

Membership Cancellation

A member has the right to terminate their membership at any time. Once you terminate your membership, all your relationship with our website will be terminated. To terminate your membership, you must log in to your account and submit your request through our Contact Information page.

Membership Cannot Be Cancelled in the Following Cases

1 - If 60 days have not passed since the member's last order.
2 - If the membership cancellation request is submitted using a different e-mail address.
3 - If the member cannot be reached using the registered information.

Membership Will Be Cancelled by Us in the Following Cases

1 - If the member sends or posts immoral messages or comments.
2 - If the member attempts fraud.
3 - If the member makes an attempt to damage the system or the name of Safir Optik San. Ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti.
4 - If the member fails to comply with the Sales Agreement.

Member Security

All necessary measures (SSL 256 Protection System) have been taken in our store for member security. In addition to these measures, you are also responsible for the security of your membership information. Do not share the information you use to log in to our store with anyone, and do not access the system from computers whose security you are not certain of.

Different Address

When completing an order, each member has an address section where they can enter a different address other than their registered address. This section is intended to allow orders to be sent to different branches. (For shipments to the headquarters or branch UTS number, members are required to contact us.)
