Delivery Terms

Your orders will be handed over to the shipping company within 5 business days (Monday-Friday) after bank approval is received. Depending on the distance of the delivery address from Istanbul, the shipping company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days.

In the event of any issue caused by us, you will be notified using the contact information provided in your membership details. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. No deliveries are made on public holidays and holidays.

All products you select will be delivered to you under the guarantee of MNG Kargo, with which we have an agreement.

The products you purchase will be confirmed to you via a confirmation e-mail.

If a product you have paid for online is no longer in stock, the waiting period is a minimum of 4 (Four) and a maximum of 30 (Thirty) days. If the product cannot be supplied to the consumer within these dates, the payment made will be refunded.
