Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty Terms

All products are covered by the warranty of Safir Optik San. Ve Dış Tic. Ltd Şti unless otherwise stated. For the warranty conditions to be valid, please make sure to inspect the product during delivery. If you notice any damage, have a damage report prepared and do not accept the product. Any modifications made to the product, deformation of the product, or alteration of its original design are not covered by the warranty.

Product Return Terms

If the product you purchased through our website is found to be defective, you must contact us within 7 days at the latest from the delivery date. Following this notification, the defective product you send to us via the shipping company will be replaced with a new one. If the defect in the ordered product is caused by customer use or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. Return and exchange procedures are subject to the applicable provisions of Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection.
